The historic building in Liberty style, born as a dwelling in the late twenties of the last century and used as a hotel in the following decade, enjoys a breathtaking view from its delightful balconies, thanks to its position inside the square, known by all as "Marina of the boats", where once the fishermen who returned to their abodes landed, facing the spectacular Kiosk of Music.
